Testing Manager – Automation Job Scheduling (B2B | Hybrid | Krakow)

Dear Consultant,

We are looking for a Testing Manager to join our multinational clients project, They are in the banking sector and head quartered in the US. the role is B2B hybrid role, requiring 6 days onsite per month in Krakow

The Digital Business Automation team is a global function within Enterprise Infrastructure, responsible for defining and implementing strategies for critical automation products. The team ensures the availability, recoverability, and security of these products across the organization.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead Testing as a practice across the platform’s technologies

✔ Drive the Testing strategy and ensure quality assurance across all phases of development

✔ Solve engineering challenges related to testing and automation

✔ Develop scalable testing processes and methodologies

✔ Build strong relationships with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and the wider testing community

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:

✔ Strong testing background in a fast-paced IT environment

✔ Strategic planning and test automation experience

✔ Proficiency in unit, performance, and regression testing

✔ Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams

✔ Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure

✔ Fluency in English (spoken & written)

✔ Experience working in global, cross-functional teams

🔹 Nice to Have:

✔ Understanding of workload automation or scheduling tools

✔ Familiarity with Managed File Transfer systems
