Responsibilities:
• Technical Leadership: Lead the technical aspects of Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation projects, including configuration, integration, and customization.
• Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and delivery of high-quality code.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to understand requirements, explain technical feasibility and provide updates on project progress.
• Solution Design: Design technical solutions that meet business requirements and align with the overall system architecture.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that solutions are thoroughly tested and meet required quality standards, perform regular code reviews.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide support and troubleshooting for issues that arise during and after implementation.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Guidewire technology and continuously improve processes and practices
