    Salary: 500 - 800 PLN net/d + VAT on B2B

    Location: Warsaw (On-site, with potential for 50% remote after 2 months of training)

    We are looking for motivated IT Service Desk Consultant to strengthen our client's support team. The role involves providing high-quality IT service to end users. We are seeking dedicated professionals who can help us improve response times and support end users efficiently. Your responsibilities will include providing IT support, effectively resolving technical issues, and troubleshooting problems related to Active Directory, VPN, Remote Desktop, and Office365. You will also assist in managing and maintaining IT systems to ensure smooth operations for users.

     

    Expected competences and knowledge

    • Solid proficiency in English
    • Familiarity with IT tools, including Active Directory, VPN troubleshooting, Remote Desktop, and Office365
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and share knowledge
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Willingness to work on-site in Warsaw for knowledge sharing and collaboration (remote work is possible after 2 months of training with 50% remote options thereafter)
