Group IT Project Manager (Workflow)

Your responsibilities:

• Management and delivery of multiple different IT projects (e.g. workflow-based business processes on the Webcon platform) simultaneously according to their scope, timeline, budget,an and quality in international environment across different project phases
• Leading the design, development, and deployment of workflows for various business areas, with a strong focus on financial processes.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders across departments (e.g., finance, operations, HR) to identify requirements and ensure effective delivery of solutions across all assigned projects.
• Coordinating and managing development of integrations between different IT systems
• Management of the project’s budget, timeline, risks, change, and scope. Risk assessment and remediation.
• Coordination and organization of project teamwork
• Creation and maintenance of project management deliverables, such as project plans, budgets, RAID logs, reports, etc.
• Maintaining clear communication and good relations between the parties involved in the project
• Organization, leading, and summarizing internal & external project meetings
• Reporting of project/initiative status to all stakeholders, including C-level Management
• Participation in the development and optimization of internal project management standards and processes

Our requirements:

• Master's degree in IT or any Technical specialization, Project Management, or similar
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager f
• Solid background in delivering projects related to financial processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, approval workflows) with the ability to adapt project management techniques to different types of IT projects, ensuring consistent delivery excellence.​
• Proven experience in managing IT projects involving workflow systems,
• The ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with the ability to balance priorities across multiple initiatives.​
• Excellent command of English (C1) - Good presentation skills, the ability to communicate with ease, and to produce complex written texts and documents on issues related to the scope of performed work.​
• Experience in managing IT projects involving integrations between systems and cross-departmental workflows.
• Experience with working in Prince2,  Agile, or Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office 365 tools
• Experience in running tenders or vendor selections
• Experience in delivery of requirements to and acceptance of solutions provided by business partners/vendors
• Ability to build strong and positive relationships, team player & positive energy and drive

Optional:

• Experience with Webcon and other BPM solutions
• Familiarity with ERP systems or platforms supporting financial operations (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Project Management certificates (e.g. Prince2, PMI, Professional Scrum Master, etc.)
