Project

We are looking for a talented and experienced Core Banking Application Performance Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance and scalability of our Core Banking Application's web module, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance testing and analysis to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in web application performance
• Develop and implement performance optimization strategies to enhance the speed, responsiveness, and scalability of web applications
• Collaborate with software developers and architects to design and implement performance enhancements and optimizations
• Monitor and analyse web application performance metrics using monitoring tools and systems
• Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, both proactively and reactively, and provide recommendations for resolution
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web application performance engineering

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proven experience as a Performance Engineer or a similar role
• Strong understanding of application architecture and performance optimization techniques
• Proficient in performance testing tools and methodologies
• Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools 
• Familiarity with web server configurations and optimization
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Temenos Core Banking would be advantage
• Nice to have previous experience with Core Banking Application as developer
